The time I spent with thy is sweet as clementine, bitter as a lemon wedge it parts between us. Yet I Kept it sweet like lemongrass pressed locked lips, that keep us; as it slids between our skin cutting us reminding us to silence. 
 
They say we got enemies but sometimes I believe I am perhaps my own murderer, my own tormentor, a prisoner to my selfish thoughts that want me down ten feet under.
