Book I of the Journey from Princess to Queen series
Nicknamed the 'Abandoned Princess', Meria is a maid-born daughter of King Egon of Kingdom Archezoa. Neglected by her father, hated by her mother and a target of bullying by her older sisters, Meria has been in a brutal war for survival her entire life. Sold off as concubine to Prince Landon, sixth son of King Porter of Kingdom Lumeria and rumoured to kill his concubines in sexual torture, Meria has to escape this arrangement.
Her flimsy plans come to naught as Meria is kidnapped by mercenaries on the orders of a rival kingdom who does not want the co-operation between the two kingdoms to go ahead. Now, with time and possible allies with her, join Meria in her journey to escape the machinations of her father and escape her identity as a Princess to live a carefree life.
This is R-16 on account of descriptions of cruelty/ violence. Our princess is no wilting cinderella but a monstrous dragon with only survival in her mind and will do anything to achieve that. While there is no romance in Book I, there is going to be a hot and heavy romance in Book II and III.
