Five cursed lions with claws of poison to pass on their curse to others. Pidge happened to be a girl at the wrong place and got scratched by Green, the lion of Nature. She was then cursed with powers that couldn't be controlled without proper training. The newly positioned king, brother of the late King Alfor, doesn't like Pidge's power and believes she could be a candidate to join Voltron, a group made by his brother with power unmatched even by the king.
