	O foco é definir os objetivos que o cliente apresenta no decorrer do projeto. Eles mudam esse é o ponto que merece destaque e essa flexibilidade em entender a mudança disso é um grande trabalho e necessita senso de simplificação e interpretação da situação que o negócio exige. Muitos projetos nascem num guarda napo numa refeição e viram execuções complexas.
	Para facilitar segue uma analogia. Fica fácil assim convidar um profissional PMO experiente pensando nisso e principalmente pelos 3 pilares determinantes no Gerenciamento (Pilares = Segurança do Trabalho, Meio Ambiente e boas práticas de gestão de tempo e orçamentos com PMBOK).
