A Bump in the Road || A Jack Avery Story

I lean against the table, taking a sip of my drink while scanning the crowd. suddenly i feel an arm snake around my waist and i quickly turn my head to see who it was, but immediately smile when i find out.

"come with me" jack says, a smirk present on his face. i frown in confusion, but follow him anyways as he grabs my hand and walks through the doors leading to the inside of the hotel. we head to the elevators and jack presses a floor number. i didn't realize he booked a room for the night, but i pushed the thought away, focusing on jack tapping his foot anxiously.

once the doors open he leads me to a room, unlocking it. when the door closes, he immediately pushes me against it, one hand on my waist, the other by my head. he kisses along my jawline and neck. "fuck i've wanted to do this since the first time i saw you" he says and a slight moan escapes my lips as he finds my sweet spot.

i'm enjoying the moment and eager to see where it goes, but little did i know that this night was the beginning of a long and tiring journey that could possibly destroy my life....
