When she finally reaches her breaking point she is saved by a fallen angel named Anthony. From the beginning they feel some sort of connection but don't act upon it. Can Anthony save her? The man tells her his name finally but he also reveals a dark horrible secret from his past which traumatized him for years, then she feels like she's actually falling in love with him. He knows everything about her, the reason she became human, the two powers she could have, the truth of how her father died. He begins to protect her life with his own.
