Life is grey, that is, until you find your soulmate. Soulmates bring colour to the world with just one touch. But soulmates are rare, some people don't find theirs within their lifetime, and others meet just before death embrace them. There can be more than one soulmate for each person, but that is rarer than anything else.
Evan clings to the hope that his soulmate will come, and make him normal, sweep him off his feet, and his life will become better. He believes Zoe Murphy is the one, if only he could talk to her.
Conner doesn't believe in soulmates, his world will be grey, because whoever could love Conner, not even his own sister Zoe will look him in the eye.
