Cassidy Tate has had enough of everything and everyone. Especially since the only thing important in her life, her brother, is now gone. There's only one thing clear in her mind; it's time to start over. Somewhere new, somewhere fresh, somewhere completely different. So after much decision, Cassidy packs up every item that has value to her and she leaves in the dead of the night, or to put it in simplest terms, she runs away.
However, the next morning she wakes up and has absolutely no recollection of how she got there. This city alleyway certainly isn't the suburban park that she fell asleep in the night before. So her next mission? To figure out where, how and why.
But isn't this what she wanted? A place where nobody knew her and she could start over?
It'll be hard and tough, and unlike anything Cassidy has ever experienced, but a certain British boy will be there every step of the way, teaching her to live, to laugh, and most importantly, to love. And maybe, just maybe, she'll let him.

" Are all AUs this crazy? "

Okay, this is a little different in the Journey series. I just thought of the idea and thought it would be fun to add to the collection.
TW: There are mentions of self-harm and eating disorders in this story. I understand if you are not comfortable with reading it.
Liam: I created this idea years ago, and I am coming back to it now. If I'm being honest, I still do not know how to process Liam's tragic death. But I will make sure that in this story, he is respected and written with love.
Like always, my stuff is my stuff, other people's stuff is their stuff.
