Romelle Star is a normal teenager and may or may not be a little nerd who loves anime. She lives with her brother, Bandor, a little imp who Romelle loves nonetheless. She lives next door to the almighty Holt family, who have been friends with her family for as long as she can remember. Her parents were in a malfunction at the lab they worked at when Romelle was very young and she hasn't seen them since.

Allura Altea is the heir of a rich company and lives in a huge mansion with her Uncle Coran. Her best friend is Lance who a certain gay nugget has a massive crush on. She may seem very posh and confident but she has insecurities.
