you practically grew up with the winchesters. your mother was brutally killed by a vampire when you were 10. As john winchester was working the case of the vamps who killed your mom, he took you in knowing you saw to much to live a normal life after. He gave you off to bobby shortly after. bobby raised you and you quickly bonded close with the winchester boys who bobby had also practically raised. As you grew older you turned to the rode with dean and sam and hunted together. You were all close but you and dean got a little closer.
