This is a world where werewolves rule, werecats prevail, and humans are oblivious. The only werecats not extinct, though, are Leopards. Or so they thought. Until Fawn comes along. Fawn, at first, is a shy, sweet and innocent werecat. No one except for the elders and Leopard King knows where she came from. And they don't have the intentions to spill the beans quite so early. She never has uttered a complaint in her life, and has taken the lowest position of the pride, Not unexpectedly. But a problem lays ahead. Fawn is different, and knowing that, she's turned to fear. Fear of being separated, judged, deemed unworthy. She then hides her form, never shifting in front of the pride, giving the impression of that she couldn't shift. Deeming her as pathetic. After her tenth birthday, when she is taken out of the nursing den, the torture begins. After 3 long, painful years, she decides to change. She is of age for the Prejudgings, and is willing to take part— to show that she's an existence worth noticing and respecting. But first, she'll need to be an exile. And the eldest son is more than willing to. Then the work begins. 6 years of training. 6 years of experience. But it doesn't stop there. As she journeys back to Africa to join the Prejudgings, 3 rogues join and help her. But 2 will betray, and 1 will mend. Little does Fawn know, however until the day comes. But after all— she's just being awakened.
