Mars has reached the mature age of 25, building a name for himself as the FBI's best Hitter, a title given to those who infiltrate gangs and execute the infrastructure from within. His father Draven has raised him well, however with the Android Equity Act making androids equal with people, the FBI has had a new resurgence of an old adversary, the Cartel, having used the Android Revolution and world changing climate as a distraction, seeping its way into the US using androids as their catalysts for drug running, slave rings, and more nefarious acts that they proceed with in the everlasting pursuit of dirty wealth and power. It's up to the FBI in correspondence with the Department of Justice's Task Force deemed Projekt Korrosive to take them down, asking for the aid of the worlds greatest Hitter, Mars, who's simultaneously on a quest for revenge intertwined with the mission to take down the cartel, La Parca, for good this time.

A semi-sequel of my original story, The Negotiator, following Mars, Draven's son. The first story is in no way required to read this one.

Zaiarhys is a woman that is much more physically and emotionally strong than any other man combined Many-many people who had already known her through the news, the victims she had saved and some who just heard of her existence believed that the reason of her unapproachable, distinct, and tough as hell exterior was all because she was from a big family full of military, marine and from every different law enforcement agencies. That's where they are entirely wrong No, her blood line didn't have to do with what she became now. Believe it or not. But she was once a normal, sweet, shy, and a happy little girl. Which she didn't believe and was hell bent on proving them wrong by finding Rafa herself She was angry, loss, but mostly angry Then her father had a mission proposal which she could not simply ignore Hope. Elodie's life changes at the turn of a doorknob when she is forced into joining a secret organization that claims to be protecting the Earth from aliens. But with every step she takes, she finds the organization, or the facility, as they call it, becoming more and more suspicious. When a mysterious death occurs, revealing a well-concealed secret, things quickly go downhill as humanity's future is placed on the shoulders of a single gaggle of teenagers. *** I hear a sigh from the other side of the door, "Miss. Chaucer, you have a wonderful opportunity here, are you going to take it or not?" Now, I am seriously confused, "Opportunity?" She takes advantage of my befuddled state and shoves the door open. Shit. The corners of her mouth pull up, and it's so unnatural, it takes me a moment to realize she's smiling. Major plastic surgery? Probably. Click. Did she just lock the door? She locked the door! I spring towards the house phone, dusty from years of doing absolutely nothing, so I can call the police. I don't make it. Halfway there, I trip on my own pant-leg and face plant on the floor. The woman steps over me and retrieves the phone. She looks at it as if it's a foreign object, "This won't be necessary. All I want to do is talk to you." For some reason, instead of screaming, I stay silent. She smiles and pulls out a chair from the kitchen table for me to sit on. When I don't sit, she says, "If you want to know what's going on, then sit." I think about it for a moment. She hasn't hurt me yet, and I have to admit, I am quite curious as to what's going on. So, call me stupid, but I sit down. "I am from a space organization that protects civilians from . . . outside threats." *** Beautiful cover made by @mahana258! "The streets ran crimson that night, a morbid familiarity in our world of shadows. Though just a child, I was already acquainted with the stench of blood and betrayal. My mother's demise had unleashed a maelstrom of pain and suffering, a demino effect that left me as the forgotten pawn, the one that no one dared to claim. Yet, I remembered everything: every face, every name, every wound. The memories seared into my mind like a branding iron, fueling my unyielding resolve. I would make them pay, no matter the cost. In the depths of darkness I found my saviour, my tormentor. Xandros, the man who pulled me from the abyss, who bestowed upon me a name, a purpose. His guidance was my solace, his approval my sustenace. But I knew the truth- I was a weapon, forged in the fire of my own suffering, destined to unleash havoc upon the world."
