Her name is Nami Hyuga
And her backstory is: The Day Hinata was being kidnapped was the day Nami was born. She is three years younger than her and four years younger than her brother, Neji.
When Her father decided to replace Hinata's father in death Nami was kidnapped by some Kumogakure ninja just in case the huyga's had something up their sleeve.
Sadly Neji lost two family members that week.
She has been training with the kidnappers ever since as their tool until she decided to run away to anywhere.
Somehow that place happens to be the leaf village.
