Krysten Zor-El, better known as Krysten Sawyer-Danvers, is Kara Danvers' younger sister and Alex Danvers and Maggie Sawyer's adopted daughter.
Kara and Krysten were stuck in the Phantom Zone together, but only Kara managed to escape, leaving Krysten behind.
When Krysten, finally, landed on Earth, just a month before Kara revealed herself as Supergirl, she confused everyone... Somehow, she wasn't a child anymore, she was an 18-year-old girl.
