Savannah-Ryan Wilson is fourteen years old who's been through hell and back during the 14 years of her life, she's had to go in and out of hospital since she was a baby due to having a heart default. When Savannah was one years old she had to have a heart transplant. Savannah has been moved from one foster home to another and is about to move on to her last home which has to work out otherwise she'll be moved to a Group home. This is Savannah's life as she meets her new family and grows up a lot as she fights a illness and meets someone who will change her for the better.
