What could have been...(Completed)

What would have happened if instead of killing his clan Itachi couldn't bring himself to do it nor could he stand by and watch what might happen to his clan so he left the village with Izumi?
Years later he returns with his wife and children. Will the village be in better shape then before he left or worse then he remembered? And will his clan still be alive?
