Kind of on hiatus but if y'all yell at me enough I'll probably get around to it.
Five muscley, steroid-pumped dudes leapt up from their seats around the dingy little room and shouldered their weapons, and as the rifles were cocked I felt like I was in a spy movie, where the protagonist is climbing through the vents, falls through, and now his whole plan is screwed and he's strapped to a boat that's floating in lava or some dramatic bull like that.
Wait a minute. I'm a spy.
This could get hairy.
Alberta Thomas is in the CIA. She loves her job, she thinks (the dental plan is well worth the multiple near-death experiences), but she's certainly content with whenever she can catch a break and go home, to her relatively normal family.
And she is not going to get pushed around when an angry cartel leader threatens her family and friends.
