8 year old Alice is sitting in her closet, covering her ears and rocking back and forth. "S-someone please, please come save me and mommy. I'll do anything." Her father rips her closet door open, pulling her out and smacking her right in the face. He pulls her into the living room and tosses her to the floor as he starts to pull off his belt. She took this opportunity to get up and run out the back door. Wiping the tears off her cheeks and running so fast, she doesn't notice the ten foot creature in front of her as she runs right into it's legs.
