A disease caused by a one-sided love, where the victim coughs up flower petals. Rose petals are ore common if the love for that person is strong. The only way to cure hanahaki is either by being loved by this person, or not loving the person at all.

This doesn't have a happy ending. It's short, only three chapters, and there isn't much of a romantic relationship between yurio and the reader.
