The year is 2025. New political policies allow certain states in America to enforce borders separating states into districts, each with their own laws, elected officials, schools, and so forth. Citizens are no longer allowed to travel over said borders without complete government authorization. Crime rates are steady yet dropping, taxes and incomes have improved. However, a town in Virginia, which was one of the first of its kind in this new regime, dubbed by the government as The New Vision, are building their own Vision after a teenage boy is brutally murdered and his alleged girlfriend vanished without a trace.

The boy, Zach Spade, from southside of the state, (nicknamed The Docks) a mere victim of forbidden love for a girl from the northside (nicknamed The Mains) named Valerie Yates both unintentionally spark a movement led by Zach's older sister Tanya, a former U.S. army Sergeant and the last of her family. Out to prove this new initiative will leave the country in shambles and find her brothers killer, its up to her to find justice and make America united once more.
