Ryneela Evantree, a well known Sorceress and Healer of Middle Earth, is the youngest of the Evantree Clan, her nine older brothers are scattered around doing their best to help others in need, but they are also very protective of her ever since she was a child. On the outside, Ryneela had always managed find joy in the littlest of things, but on the inside, she still remembers the day where everything she knew was destroyed. Dale was their home, until it was destroyed by Smaug, and since then, her brothers and father had raised her as best as they could, working where they can to provide for her. 

But when Gandalf the Grey seeks out young Ryneela, what should she expect when she is asked to join the Company of Thorin Oakenshield?

What will happen when she catches the eye of one Kili Durin?

"Gandalf, you and I both know that he would never allow a woman to be in the company" Ryneela said, unwrapping a bandage from an owls wing 

"If my memory serves me correctly, you fought alongside him in the battle of Moria" he replied "I am not asking you to join the Company because of the power you hold, but for your skill in healing, fighting, archery. You will be of use -"

"And what do you think will happen if we run into trouble?" She asked, looking at him "then they would all know who I am. What I am. What would happen then?" 

"Then they will know who you are" he replied simply "I expect you to be there by nightfall" turning to leave

"Bilbo Baggins of Bag End" he replied, walking out 

Ryneela let out a small sigh through her nose, shaking her head slightly as she threw away the bandage, looking at the owl,

"What did I just get myself into, Nix?" She asked softly, causing the bird to chirp in response

My father brought out his long glinting sword and plunged it into my mothers stomach. It seemed the second time was more painful than the first. It was like the reassurance that nothing was okay. He looked back up at me and I pulled the sword out sharply, mercilessly. His face turned into a sick grimace which made waves of horror pass through my body. He fell to the ground just in front of my mother. A single tear ran down my cheek. I looked down at my mother and father, both dead, at my hand. Both bleeding because of a stupid peice of silver. Fighting. Fighting for freedom, for her life and for her friends. Fighting is all Jessica can do anymore because if she doesn't fight, her life with slowly crumble around her. Jessica was an ordinary girl until she came to Dean House but then again I suppose irony is sweet. She found she was a witch and a powerful one at that. "Go back a few feet." My friend whispered. I carefully distanced myself from the group and waited. "Where is she?" I quickly snapped the stick as soon as he finished asking the question. They stopped and two soldiers raised their lanterns to shine its light in the darkness. I quickly hid behind a tree before both of them turned where I was. A low frustrated growl came from one of the men, "The girl's playing with us. She's out here following our every move." How paranoia can cloud the mind. At nine years old, Silver decided to leave her village for the forest. Since then, she's been hunted; everyday is a fight for her life, every breath she takes could be her last, but she's determined to stay alive.
