Schuyler 'Sky' Gray is the ideal girl. She's a 16 year old who is very smart, athletic, and talented. She has a happy family that is wealthy enough to live comfortably. You could say she has a perfect life.

But why would I be writing a story about someone who already has a perfect life? A story can't be a story without some struggles, conflicts, and problems.

Sky finally realizes that as she worked harder to achieve her academic, athletic, and artistic goals, she was sacrificing her social life and concealing her emotions. To maintain her illusion of perfection on the outside, she kept everything to herself even from the people closest to her... until she meets a man that pulls her out of it.

... that changes everything Sarah was starting her junior year of high school. Looking at herself in the mirror, she saw a pretty average blonde haired, blue eyed, teenager. She was neither in the popular group, nor one of the many cliched outsiders. Sarah was a nobody. She liked to blend in and lay low. It was her way out of not only this town, but her house. No one knew it, but her father was a high functioning alcoholic that often took his anger out on his family. With her older sister now in college, it had turned to her more often. Laying low in general was a good strategy. Across town, Ryan was prepping for his final year in high school. While he wasn't the stereotypical quarterback of the football team, he did fit into the popular crowd. His sports of choice included basketball and soccer, either of which might line him up for a scholarship next year. Ryan had a group of close friends and a lot of adoring acquaintances. It wasn't easy juggling his athletics and keeping the grades up, but he was just that good. The supporting parents didn't hurt either. It might be a cliché romance, but it will be fun to see what the year and beyond holds. ------------------------------------------ This is a story I wrote years ago, or at least partially wrote. As I transcribe it here, I have tried to update it a bit and give the characters/story more depth than what I had when I was younger. Hopefully it all gets pulled together!

Skyler, Mitch, and Derek have been best friends since the 3rd grade. Now being an 8th grader things are a bit difficult. Skyler wants to be a visual artist and go off to a fun art school while her parents want her to go to fancy private school. Mitch just wants to be with Skyler, and Derek just wants to spend his time being lazy, as usual. With only four months away from the placement tests Skyler has to study, make applications, shadow different schools, do assignments and homework, make time for her friends, and love interests? This will be a crazy experience. (A/N I wrote this when I was 14. It is very rough. Don't be surprised if it's not up to average expectations :/ but if you do continue, I hope you enjoy it :))

currently Editing and reviewing the book will be done before Christmas. A arranged marriage to triple an empire. What will happen when 18 year old sky finds out she is set to marry Christian waters he's a bad boy, sleeps around and she's the perfect daughter. They both come from very wealthy family's. The agreement comes to life as its sky's 18th she's legally an adult but clearly with no rights as her fathers planning her whole future. Book is finished and believe me it's worth a read.
