You know the saying "If life gives you lemons...make lemonade" ? Well the lemonade you make with those lemons is always bitter sweet. Adrianna had the perfect life amazing parents, friends, twin brother and the most amazing boyfriend. When they are trying to cherish the little time they have left fate decides it's too much of a time and makes it completely vanish.
