this takes place in a world where everyone can use magic. well almost everyone. in order for one to use magic they have to be able to speak. magic comes directly from the soul. it is invisible to the naked eye but is extremely powerful. every so often child is born with two souls. this causes them to be mute and unable to perform magic normally. instead they have to weave the Mana into spells. thus why they are called the Mana Weaver's.
