Therapy

This is for me. For anyone who is hurting. It's unconventional, but it's me and my hurt, who I am and everything inside my brain and heart that's causing me pain. This is my therapy. It helps and it's brutal to read back sometimes so have patience with me and any mistakes I may make. I'm not sure about the reaction people might have to what I wrote and anything I may write in the future, but I'm extremely accepting of peoples opinions, whether they change how I write depends entirely on their advice.
