Licensed to Fail (Albert Wesker/OC) Pre Mansion

Nothing can break the infamous Captain Albert Wesker . . . . . . Unless your the new lead investigator for the Raccoon City Police Department. Two years before the mansion incident and the destruction of Raccoon City, life in the R.P.D. ran smoothly with Albert Wesker secure and undercover within the R.P.D. for the Umbrella Corporation. That security fades however when the R.P.D. highers on a new investigator and within a few months of her arrival causes Albert to begin to fight with his own internal feelings he never expected to have. Who is also torn with his loyalties to the Umbrella Corporation and his school boy crush when she begins to ask to many questions.

Characters: I am using the actors who have previously played these characters in the movies for photographic enhancement to the story. There depiction however will be based on the games and maybe even mixed up a bit for comedic or story drive purposes.
