Singing and food had always been his passion. Jingyu (25) once a famous singer now owns a small restaurant in the suburbs of Shanghai. Unable to sing anymore due to a dark past in his life, he decides to open up a small restaurant. With the help of his friend Fengsong, the restaurant flourishes and makes it the most sought after eatery in the suburb.

Timmy (23), an aspiring musician harbours a secret crush for his idol Jingyu, who also happens to be a resident of the luxurious high-rise apartment where Timmy works as a night guard. The one dream he wishes upon dearly is to see his idol sing again. Will his wish ever be granted?

What will ensue when their lives get intertwined with each other's? Will Timmy be 'The One' to bring back music into Jingyu's empty shell of a life?
