It's an American Deku but unlike others, he wasn't betrayed he was left there at 4 because his mom died when they were visiting his dad in America then he found out they weren't visiting his dad they were going to his funeral she just hadn't told him yet. You don't have to read the first info chapter but if you do you will know their names a portion of their story quirks sexuality and relationships and the second info chapter covers Izuku his sister and Bakugo as well as important information under that. Izuku Midoriya had everything a 4-year-old child could wish for. He had a family, a home and a quirk that was like no other.
