Everyone thinks having superpowers and being a hero would be the best thing to ever happen to them. Lemme tell ya, it's not; well, at least not alone that is. Every single hero movie ever made, the protagonist has at least one person helping them. Me, on the other hand, I've got no one. I live alone, all my friends and family are on the other side of the country, and I'm pretty sure everyone at my college hates me. I guess it's not that bad, I mean, it's at least 60% easier to not have someone bad figure out your secret identity. So yeah... I know it's not like an epic, tragic backstory where my family dies and I use my powers to avenge them and destroy whoever killed them but hey, I'm interesting. And you don't even know my superpowers yet.

I am not a villain, neither a hero even though I fight with hero's. I mostly of the time help the good side, if there's something in it for me. I don't see myself helping the bad side, even though that might happen. A part of the Avengers doesn't like me that much, so I get a lot of pissed off faces, sighs or 'shut up's'. Between managing a secret lair and making sure your mom doesn't stop loving you because you keep telling everyone she's dead, it's a really hard business to be good at? Add to that, the fact that somehow you got arrested because your cat sitter didn't take the day off and then you go around expressing your unconditional love for pancakes in a Super holding cell because technically they can't put you in a proper prison and you don't really have a choice because lawyers are expensive? And then, you realise your best friend is plotting go take over your spot as the greatest villain there ever was? Okay, maybe not the greatest, but you do come pretty close to it! To top it off, there's that one Superhero who's just so completely gorgeous, you couldn't imagine any harm coming to them? Because they're just that precious?
