Before Y/N Wicca moved to Gotham city and got accepted into Gotham Academy she was kicked out of four schools for various reasons, had the word 'Freak' carved into her arm with a knife and a lot of other inhuman stuff happened to her.
This spikes the interest of a certain boy, Damian Wayne.

Wanting to be a superhero and becoming one, are two completely different things. But becoming the opposite? That's way easier. And sometimes it's not on purpose. Fate didn't want me to be a hero. I was a fairly normal girl, growing up in Central City. A city where superheroes and super villains didn't exist... until the particle accelerator exploded. Many people were turned into these metahumans, me being one of them. Likely one of the only changed nine year olds at the time. My parents were both scientists for Star Labs, being two of the many others that died in the blast. Needing to get away, I decided to move to Gotham. A good city to hide in.
