C.O.M.A (Can't Overdose on Medication Anymore)

A drug filthy teenager dabbles in the art of prescription medication. He's overdosed many times in the past, but soon enough he is put into a coma. He arrives in a world hes unfamiliar with...odd people, weird environments, creepy atmosphere. He has to live and survive in this odd world, but this world is just a bit odd. The people sacrifice the weak to please the Earth below them. In the center is inner evil. Evil can come in any shape or form, there is no definite shape or figure of evil. Yifl is the name of this pure evil essence, and he haunts the boy through all of his days in this odd dimension. The teen boy must fight back and destroy this evil...and if he wins, he'll finally wake up.
