The soulmates of time

This world has survived almost 7 plagues. After the most recent plague, BCAB 70% of the world's population was whipped out. The surviving 102 million people started to gain new abilities like super strength, super speed, and super hearing. Well, males also started to be able to become pregnant and females had started to get people pregnant. But the odd part was only certain people gain those abilities.

It's been well over 100 years since then. The earth has rebuilt it's self and people have also become more advanced with technology. On every teen's 17 birthday, they have to take a test on whether which rank they belong too. Two teens cross each other's paths in the unlikeliest way and learn something more about their past.
