Alex Wilson was a hunter, keyword WAS; no she didn't leave the life, or even sustain an injury that kept her from hunting, no Alex Wilson died, DEAD. She knew hanging out with the winchester's was almost certain to get her killed, it's ok she knew that. Unlike most others she didn't face the uncertainty of death she knew the after life actually existed. If she was going to Heaven or Hell she had no idea. Imagine her surprise when she was reborn as Alex Potter two years before, Harry Potter. Her younger brother was The-Boy-fucking-Who-Lived a supposed to be fictional character. Alex had seen and done a lot of weird shit in her life time but Jesus christ this took the cake.
