Mark West, a man who has always lived in California, has been a murderer since he turned 25. His usual tactic is to find a new victim, kidnap them, torture them, then he kills them. Its the winter of 2018 and Mark is now 28 and he's searching for a new victim. While searching he finds Ember Rose Grey (called Blu), a 27 year old female who was just visiting California for a vacation and to see Universal Studios. Mark eagerly gets the urge to kill Blu, therefore he does as per usual, and kidnaps her. But what happens if Mark starts to fall for Blu and Blu ends up being the only person who can cure Mark's murderous crave for killing?
