A dystopia of genetically modified animals and humans are threatened by a collapsing nuclear power plant, and it's up to Lumin and Rook to finish what others could not. In the process, Lumin's twisted past is unveiled.

This was originally an Epic Hero story for English I, but I didn't want to leave it there. I spent hours coming up with this idea, so might as well give you the chance of reading it.

The New World Government was set-up and now faces a new problems. Another thing, Since the war was fought with tremendous amounts nuclear arsenals, this war caused mutations to humans. The mutation occurred on atomic and cellular level. From minimal mutations to major mutations like physical, temporal and elemental mutations. Though its cool to have those mutations some think it as a curse for human beings. Scientists on the other hand claims it as a disease. A cellular disease caused by the widespread exposure to nuclear radiations. They call this disease as X-men syndrome referenced from 20th century fictional comics. The fictional mutations on comics and manga is now a reality. I myself, is an X-men.
