When NCIS: Los Angeles takes on its most dangerous cases, the team never expected their newest recruit, Kia, to change everything. At just 4'11, she's underestimated by everyone who meets her until they see her intelligence, bravery, and fierce loyalty in action. Born into a family with deep military roots, Kia was raised to fight, protect, and never back down. But her sharp mind and fearless instincts catch the attention of Hetty, who sees in her not just an asset, but the future of NCIS. As Kia learns to balance her place on the team, she faces high-risk undercover missions, kidnappings tied to her parents' past, and cyber-crimes that threaten national security. Along the way, unexpected bonds form, especially with Callen, whose protective instincts turn into something deeper, even as dangerous cases keep pulling them apart. Between missions at sea, undercover ops with cults and military rookies, and cyber-heists that could topple governments, Kia must prove she belongs while carving her own path as an agent. But when the line between family, duty, and love begins to blur, she'll discover that being NCIS means more than just stopping the enemy it means finding where you truly belong. Action. Romance. Family. Loyalty. This isn't just another case file - it's the story of how one small but mighty agent changed the game.
