With each death the darkness grows, consuming and twisting a lost soul that is torn from betrayal. 
Why does this seem so familiar? These dreams feel so real... 
Are they dreams or perhaps they are memories of another life? Another timeline? 
Two voices call out to the lost soul... One offers help, all they want is to be friends.
The other, a weaken whisper that longs to be heard. Everyone lies, betrayal runs deep. 
Who to trust when both voices lie? 

Another soul tired but refuses to give up, for he knows what will happen if he does.

"i wasn't ready for this responsibility... but darling... you didn't give me much a choice..."

"I'm bleeding...but it seems as if my fears have vanished as I stare at the male before me. He gazes at me with such intensity and I can't help but feel...compelled by his alluring crimson eyes. A feeling of felicity bubbled within my stomach. It was weird...since this man kidnaped me and all, but...I wasn't afraid-not a sense of qualm within my body. I was relaxed and eased...I wasn't afraid, which I guess, made me enjoy his presence. Like Chara is an actual human not a video game character, along with Frisk who pops in or is mentioned a few times throughout the story. This story contains smut (it's shitty regardless, lol) and swearing, maybe, and it's between two males. If you're not into gay stuff, then this story is not the right one for you. :) It's also written in third person, not first person, like the description is...oops? Remembrance - An Undertale Story-DISCONTNUED by MEJ2235

Long ago, two races ruled over the Earth. Humans and monsters. At least, that's the story we all know. There was another race. Technically, they were monsters. Skeleton monsters to be exact. Humans shunned them because they were monsters. Monsters shunned them because humans had skeletons. In retaliation, the skeletons split into two different races. The Surface Skeletons and the Abyss Skeletons. The Surface Skeletons reaches out to both monsters and humans. However, when the war started, they were some of the first monsters attacked and many were killed when they fought with the other monsters. Only a handful were sealed underground but without the Sun to strengthen their bones, the skeletons suffered until they received anonymous help. Very few survived to this point and slowly, they died out. The Royal Scientist at the time and his wife tried to have children. Each time left them severely weakened. Each child dusted until the wife gave up her life to bring a great skeleton into the world. That child is the last of his kind. The Abyss Skeletons shunned all other monsters and humans, considered them all demons. Their society was alike human society long ago. Divided. They believe they are strong and emotions only weaken. The class system was rigid and they possessed a kill or be killed attitude to all other monsters and humans. They thrived underground and ended up building their society in the Underground's own Abyss. It is a shame that only their leader can reclaim their heir from the corruption caused by those demons. Warning: Rated Mature for possible smut and probable gore. I'm sorry I don't know what I'm doing but this ain't for little kids. Also, cover doesn't belong to me. Credit to creator.
