Then he spoke. With a deep and beautiful voice. "No need to worry, we're just taking over the ship. Any one of you is welcome to join my crew." He had a British accent. Surprisingly decent. Wait, what had he said? No worry? A little spark of hope blossomed within. Then he continued talking, killing off the new born seed of hope.

Evelyns story takes place around the 17th century. One day, she and her father sail to Greece, but the ship is commandeered by pirates. Their captain is annoying, mean, selfish and, okay, unbelievably hot. When the pirates take her from her ship- away from her father and life-, she does everything within her power to get of the ship before she falls. But not falling for the dark and sexy pirate is harder than it seems.

Currently, he is addicted to alcohol, sleeps with many women, and has a lot of money. When it comes to her, she was born into a rich family, but her father lost all the money in a game. Ashamed to see his wife again, he left her, leaving her to raise the child alone, in poverty. When she grew up, she got engaged to a rich man for a better life. Currently, she is a brave but innocent woman. Will they manage to be together? This book also contains bad language, abduction, violence, murder, inappropriate jokes, alcoholism, drug addiction, suicide attempts and very explained scenes.
