"This just isn't going to work..." Natalie throws up her hands, her bottom lip quivering just slightly, John sighs as his heart ached shaking his head in denial.
"I'll make it work, Nat please don't give up just yet...believe in me..." he pleads placing his hands gently on her shoulders forcing her to stare him in the face, a flash of hope shines in her mesmerizing silver eyes.
"I want to...I do but I almost died John, your job is just too much for me to handle I want a normal life. I don't need all of this!" She gestures to the over sized house, her heart getting stuck in her throat knowing a big change was needed though not wanted. John pulls her into his arms as tears start to slide down her glowing skin,
"I would give it all up if it means keeping you..." he whispers in her hair before kissing the top of her head, tears now sliding down his own cheeks,

Natalie & John come to the darkest time of their lives around the same time, John's failing marriage with his high school sweetheart. While Natalie's marriage ends the day it was supposed to happen!
