Serenity Hunter always knew she was different since she was a young girl. After all, her mother died when she was giving birth to Serenity and only days later so did her father. She was placed in an orphanage and bounced from foster home to foster home. But that wasn't what made her different, it was the fact that if she was angry with someone or was hurt by someone...they died. It was always weird deaths or seemingly accidental type deaths. However, somehow Serenity knew she was connected to the deaths and unfortunately so did other people. She was constantly bothered by it, called a witch, demon, hell spawn and an array of other things. Finally one day the orphanage wanted nothing more to do with her and sent her to St. Ivery, a christian boarding school.
No one even imagining what was lying in wait for her there...

A blank doll with acting and action running in her veins, Freia woke up in a hospital with no memory of what brought her there. Sure, the doctors said a car crash delivered her there, but it didn't feel like it. They said her family's dead but how come Freia didn't feel like that was true?
