The Last Day of October

Declan Brown has always been a grumpy, self-contained introvert. Stuck in a dysfunctional family where his limits are often tested, he finds himself avoiding people, already experiencing for the majority of his life how terrible they and their relationships could be.

When Clare Jones, the soft, chirpy soul with a knack for kindness, makes an entry into his town, Declan's fears are challenged. Every time she elicits a smile out of him, he finds himself in a panic, lost more than ever about the different emotions she makes him feel.

With time, the two of them attempt to break the chains, unleashing themselves into a world where the last day of October leaves them with such little time and so much to lose.
