The Land of Water is held in the terranical rein of the fourth Mizukage and has been known as the Village of the Bloody Mist ever since he altered how their Genin are to be trained.  Genin are forced to fight to the death as a way to weed out those fit to advanced in their line of work.  Now a small group of Mist Ninja lead by Mei Terumī are willing to risk it all to take back their home from the monster who rules over them.
