When Corbyn was 18 his superpowers appeared. He was granted with the power of telepathy and telekinesis.

His powers were in the mental category, and at the Superhero Academy there are three categories. 

Mental- brain powers, emotion powers

Physical- healing powers, super speed, strength, other body powers 

Nature- control the four element, animal speaking, enhanced senses

At the academy Corbyn meet his four best friends, Zach, Jack, Daniel and Jonah. 

He has to learn how to use and control his new powers, right in the middle of of a war.
