Let's be real, we live in a time where digital is the norm. If you take the train you see most people cuddled up on some sort of electronic device, buried in their phones. If you walk on a sidewalk you see some people on an electronic device, buried in their phones while looking up and down the street.

Media is bombarded us daily, affecting the way we think, feel, act and live. There are just so many distractions in the world, which can make it hard to focus on whatever goals we have.

I wrote this poem because I felt like I was getting distracted and too caught up in the world worries.

Whispers from the Heart

143 parts Ongoing

Welcome to "Whispers from the Heart", my collection of poems that explore depths of love, hate and self-imagery. My poems mainly resonates on three themes: love, trust and loyalty. I've found solace in writing, and making poems a reflection of raw experiences. I hope you'll find pieces of yourself in these poems and that they will inspire you to listen to your own heart whispers.
