The normal world is technology overrun. Everywhere you look there is a piece of technology, whether it be in someone's hand, on a building, or in your own house with virtual games. Many games have been brought over, such as pokemon, some in MMO, some single player. People love playing these games for how realistic they have become. Some, too realistic... You may say.

Life is not good, and most of the world just like a young 15 year old from the Outskirts of Los Angeles, Ash Oaks. He turns to the ARES to escape his grim reality.
