This book contains personal thoughts, small stories, quotes or poems.
They might be serious or silly, either way I wanted to make this book to help people.
I have discovered that many people here struggle with some very important issues, so I felt like I needed to do something.

I take requests :) All i've got to say is be careful reading these??? They can probably be pretty triggering and some may have happy endings and some may have sad ones. This isn't a story. It's about people with problems in life aka depression/anxiety/anything else you need help with. We're all hiding inside ourselves and don't know what to do. I hope to help... If you have problems, I highly recommend this. I'm open to any suggestions on what to talk about in this book and you can also pm me if you have a problem and need someone to talk to. I'm here if you need anything... A little disclaimer: This contains things like suicide, really brutal descriptions and some cuss words. If you are sensitive to any of those, I don't think you should read this. But if you have a problem with depression or suicide, I think you should. NO HATERS OR ANY BULLIES ALLOWED!!! I always loved that phrase -food for thought- and use it a lot, sometimes i even hashtag my posts with it. So i thought, it was very suitable and very me thing, to use it, as a title, for this book. This book contains, my personal story, what bothers me, what i want to talk about, what i need to let go. It would be a little bit, like blog posts, but in the form of a book. I hope you like it. :)
