When her father murders another family member, Primrose Voss is forced to move in with her crazy uncle, Mark. One day, he decides to hypnotize Primrose, so that she feels the need to murder. For the next ten years, he trains her to become a very dangerous serial killer. Her strategy is to make young men fall in love with her, attack them when they're least expecting it, then changing her name and moving out of the state. But what happens when Primrose finds herself falling in love with her next victim? Will she avoid her feelings and go ahead with the plan? Or will she have to tell him the sickening truth?
