Keith is in love with a knight who defends the village against dragon, but to his dismay the knight has his heart stolen by another girl. The girl is in love with somebody else.

Keith and Lance both suffer Hanahaki disease and decide to help each other out. Their hanahaki finally deteriorates as they realise they've developed love each other in the process.
