The world changed 100 years ago. Werewolves took over and confined humans. They are locked into the walls of big cities. Places like Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Washington D.C, Seattle, Atlanta, Houston, Miami, and New Orleans are the only places with survivors. If they leave the walls vampires will kill them. The walls are the only things that protect them. But whos the worse enemy? The werewolves? The vampires? Or themselves? The werewolves live in the middle of the cities. In a life of luxury and is walled off from everyone else. So they can't go inside the inner walls with the werewolves and can't go outside the wall with the vampires. The only way in is to be lucky and get recruited to work for the werewolves. You cook, clean, and bath them. Your there slave. But a slave with food in there stomach and a roof over your head. If your not doing that your a guard. Killing fellow humans if they step out of line. Or if your ordered to. If your not either of those you are left to starve to death. With no source of food or water. They have to scavenge to survive. Kaitlyn is the Slaughter House. Left to starve to death and has to scavenge to survive. What happens when the werewolves come out to the Slaughter House? What happens when she finds her mate? What happens when she has to leave everything she's ever known behind? Daniel is the head alpha of New Orleans. He is the scariest alpha in the world. He never ages because he's a alpha. All alphas, betas, and gammas are immortal. And they're mates are also after they're marked. What happens when he ventures into the Slaughter House? What happens when he meets his mate? Will he except her or leave her to die?
