If you haven't read the prequel of this story, I highly recommend reading it before starting on this if you don't want to get. confused. Moving from the past of breath of the wild, we finally get to the game portion of the story. (Story) 100 years after the tragedy that was the Great Calamity, Hyrule has finally seemed to have regained its footing. However, the seal on Calamity Ganon seems to be weakening, threatening to break any day now. Fortunately for Hyrule, a hero who has been thought long dead finally returns from a long slumber. That hero is Link. After sleeping for 100 years, Link seems to have lost all of his memories, especially the memories of his failure to protect those that he loved. of course, All rights to any known part of the game go to Nintendo please Nintendo, do not strike me down before I finish this series.

A rewrite of BOTW's story. It has been 100 years since the Great Calamity struck the land of Hyrule. After a century of slumber, a young Hylian awakens to find the world in shambles. With nothing but his courage and his name, he takes on the responsibility to put it back on track, and maybe, just maybe, to find his place in the world. (A/N: If anyone is confused about the writing style in the first few chapters, I apologize. I wrote this fanfic when I was still very new to writing.
